MN Sales Tax applies to this sale. You must submit Form ST3, Certificate of Exemption if you are exempt.
REMOVAL: All items are located at the owner's property. Meagher Auctioneers will provide the sellers with approval to release the property ONLY after invoices have been paid. All lots to be picked up within 30 days or they'll be considered abandoned.
